PPS structure and performance

PPS has excellent properties, especially through reinforcement, modification, blending alloying and in-situ composite technology to produce a wide range of composite materials.

PPS as a cost-effective special engineering plastic, its excellent comprehensive performance, unique molecular structure, has been widely used in aerospace, national defense, nuclear industry, mechanical instrumentation, electrical and electronic, food and drug industry and high-tech fields as high temperature resistance, flame retardant, high-performance non-metallic materials.

PPS has very excellent thermal properties, electrical properties, chemical resistance, radiation resistance, flame retardant and other properties, such as pure PPS limiting oxygen index can be as high as 44%, the use of glass fiber (GF)/ mineral filled PPS oxygen index can be as high as 53%.

1.PPS auto parts application PPS has a wide range of uses, mainly used in:
